Studio Guidelines
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Please arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time. We want to dedicate the full appointment time to pampering you! We understand things happen, if you are running behind - we do allow a 10 minute grace period.
Parking is located in front of our studio. We are located in hogum bay business park. You will find us on the right side of the road. Look for the building with a yellow wall with numbers 8286. We are in suite C right next to the Edward Jones office.
You should have received a confirmation text from us shortly after booking. Attached to that will be a consent form for your service. Please make sure to fill that out before arriving so we know exactly how to suite your needs!
when you arrive
You will receive an automated text message from us, 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Reply βhβ for βhereβ, and we will text you when we are ready for you. If you do not receive the automated text, please call 360.951.3147 or just walk on in and check in with our guest experience team!
BRINGING EXTRA GUESTS & CHILDREN POLICY
Please refrain from bring any other guests with you to your appointment, unless you are bringing a child younger than 16 who is booked for an appointment. It is important for us to dedicate our time with you, to only you. Due to our open concept, it is a safety hazard for children and or any other person not receiving a service to enter the service area. Safety is a top priority for us, please make prior arrangements for your little ones.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
We require 24 hours notice to cancel services booked for 1.5 hours or less. Eyelash Extension Full Sets require 48 hours to cancel. And Microblading, Microshading and Touch Ups require 72 hours notice to cancel. Late cancels and no call no show appointments will be charged at the discretion of our studio. All deposits are non refundable and can not be used toward a different service type. Charges for late cancels and no shows are not valid to use on a rescheduled appointment.
